The new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee is unlike any other mid-size SUV on the market - allowing drivers to define their all-terrain experiences through four distinct engine options.
The standard 3.6-litre V6 generates 293 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. It can also tow up to 2,812 kg (6,200 lbs). Next is the optional 5.7-litre V8 that delivers 360 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. You can get this particular unit on the Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit trims.
Stepping into the Olympian classification, the 6.4-litre V8 pumps out 470 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque (available on the SRT model, this block accommodates every cargo demand). Finally, the supercharged 6.2-litre V8 is installed under the hood of the top-of-the-line Trackhawk. It produces an impressive 707 hp and 645 lb-ft of torque.

If you have been thinking about buying a new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, then you may want to turn your attention toward the Trailhawk. This all-season ride is well-equipped to handle the rugged outdoors of BC.
Featuring the Selec-Terrain Traction Management System, this model can take on all sorts of courses with confidence. Using the integrated dial, you can choose between Sport, Snow, Rock, or Sand/Mud on your next adventure. Auto mode is also available for city driving.
Paired with the Quadra-Trac II 4x4 System and a two-speed low transfer case, the Trailhawk ensures you won’t have to worry about wheel slippage either. It adds a series of sensors to keep tabs on the tire rotation; and, with the collected data, it can make split-second decisions about where to send up to 100 percent torque, assuring a smooth ride.
